Rating: 3 stars
Summary: Standard Koontz
Review: Dean Koontz has been my favorite author for years, but a few of his books seem to follow the same sort of outline: Main character falls in love with someone, they share one or more intimate moments before fighting a very difficult foe (WATCHERS, WHISPERS).<P>DARKFALL marks a pretty avaerage addition to author's oeuvre, but very interesting and worth the read.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Awsome in every way!!!
Review: This is my 5th Dean Koontz book and it is by far the best one I've read so far. I thought that this book left the reader in suspense & wanting to know what would happen next. I think that making the shadows and the unknown seem scarier that they might be in actual reality was a great touch to add. I look foward to reading more of his great novels.

Rating: 3 stars
Summary: Kind of corny
Review: I have a good imagination and I still couldn't bring myself to believe in voodoo. I know it's not supposed to be believable but it should be a little convincing.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Superb in every way!
Review: This was an outstanding book that I couldn't put down. DK is a creative genius. Where does he get his ideas?

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: Needed more plot thickening.
Review: The plot was good, but somewhat shallow. The character depth wasn't there for some people as well. Overall though, a solid koontz novel.

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: A good read, but the ending could have been better.
Review: Don't get me wrong, this was a good book. The story was good, and it was easy to get into. The only reason for the rating was that it lacked some of the excitement or adventure that Koontz's other books like Watchers, Twilight Eyes, and Strangers had. Also, the ending was a bit disappointing. However, I would still encourage anyone who is a fan of Koontz or just a fan of the genre to read this book.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Dean Koontz is amazing!!!
Review: I never really knew who Dean Koontz was, other than hearing my mom and her best friend talk about our neighbor (Dean Koontz). I just thought of him as a guy whose wife bought a lot of candy from me during the holidays. I knew he was famous, but did not know the degree by which he was and is liked. I finally got a hold of one of his books and I couldn't put it down. I now love his writing style, and the way his writing flows. Now, with me being a writer, I can appreciate his works even more. If you have doubts about reading any of his books you should just erase them from your mind and pick up one of his novels and just give it a try. What do you have to loose?

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Truely "Original". You'll lovit!!
Review: Definitly a masterful novel. The reason for rating it "9" is because the ending lacked suspense and terror. Or we could have recieved a different ending?

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: Koontz's description in this title is elite.
Review: The books overall story may be less than that of Watchers or Twilight Eyes, but his character and time description give you all but the sounds and smells of this books explosive action. It has one of the best chase seens ever written.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: In this book, Koontz proves that he is one of the best.
Review: I'm 16 years old and I've fallen in love with reading Koontz's novels. This one still keeps me looking forward to reading the next. I read this book in 1 day...it was that good! In this story he puts in twists and describes the characters so realistically that you are afraid of what might be coming after you. A definite must for Koontz fans!, and if you're not a fan yet, you will be after reading this story.
