Summary: Nice little Fullmoon shocker.
Review: A novelette? A short novel? or just a short book? Never mind. This little Kingproject is a very entertaining read, not as powerful or original as most of his other works, it's more a classic werewolftale set in a present little town. I liked it pretty much, it's both scary and fun, never mind that you sort of suspected the reverend to be the hairy beast from almost the half-beginning. Wrightsons artwork is, as always, a treat. They're gory at places. I also liked the idea of making the small chapters looking like a calender. The movieversion, Silver Bullet, scripted by King himself, is longer and explains some things more acceptable and has more horror to it.

Summary: Good reading. It's a quick thrill.
Review: This is a good book. However my husband read the book and discovered what looks like a contradiction with a certain object in the story. If anyone has noticed this, what we think is a BOO BOO. Let us know! We would like to find out if Stephen King knows about this.

Summary: IT'S A FANTASTIC BOOK
Review: I think that Cycle of the Werewolf is the best book that I've ever read. It's packed with action, and the best thing about it is that it's a great quick read. I also liked the pictures.

Summary: Gave me a nightmare after I read it!
Review: I recieved this book from my fiance' and I read it that same night in a little over an hours time (it is only 128 pages long). I was very impressed with the story, though the end was somewhat predictable. The illustrations were spectacular. I have only been reading King since The Green Mile was released and and so far I can say that this is one of my more favorite stories. After falling asleep that night, I dreamed that my dog, a black cocker-spaniel, crawled up on top of me and was attacking me. I woke myself up yelling! This proves to me that it must have been a good read because I rarely ever have nightmaresl. Buy this book and wake up screaming!

Summary: This is one of the greatest horror stories I have ever read
Review: You are home alone. You hear a soft rustling of the fallen autumn leaves outside. You dismiss it as unimportant; you continue reading Stephen King's tome, THE CYCLE OF THE WEREWOLF. Seconds later, you hear a knocking on your chamber door. You stand up, clearly startled; you reach to open the door. Before your trembling hand closes on the knob, whatever is outside decides to open it for you. A hairy manacle bursts through the portal, grabbing your arm. You jump away in fear, and hold up your arm. You scream as you realize your arm is off your body, thrown aside by the werewolf who has crashed through the door. IT stands before you, a hairy creature with blood red eyes and huge, sharp fangs. As it moves towards you, you stumble and fall to the floor. The last thing you see is the book, lying on the table. Maybe you should have picked another book; maybe a Terry Brooks novel. The werewolf claims another victim, and cries to the unholy moon. This is the type of action you get from Stephen King's novel, CYCLE OF THE WEREWOLF. If you like horror, you love this tome of the terrorization of a small Maine town by an evil werewolf. The illustrations are fantastic, also; the wolf seems jump out to you at every page. If you buy this book, you will never sleep without that small bathroom light on again.
