Summary: Good Trash Reading
Review: Overall, it was fun reading, but really. Come on. You can't get much more corny than with lines like "Sorrow, like sour milk, always seemed to come back up." Stay with "Flowers in the Attic" and "My Sweet Audrina", Andrews' best works.

Rating: 3 stars
Summary: This is a good and chilling book.
Review: The book "Twilights Child" is a good and twisting book. Although the book has no basic plot, it is a highly recommanded book. "Twilights Child" has a very good irony and many revelling secerts. Like many other books of V.C. Andrews, The "Twilights Child" is a good haunting yet chilling novel. Even though the book is long and thrilling, it may not keep the atention of more experianced readers. So this book would be recommanded for the ages 12-21. Finally, after Dawn Culter gets Christie ( her baby ) back and finds love with a man named Jimmy, her life is complete. Yet, the evillness of her grandmother still haunted her. Many things happen to change the course of Dawn's life. There are many aspects in the story. One of the worst aspects is that it has no basic plot. The story is full of many different events and has no room for a plot. One of the best aspects is that there are a lot of events and it is very well described. The more describtion in a story, makes the story interesting.

Summary: Dawn's Shining Bright
Review: The Cutler series is my fave VCa series, and this book is of course a major reason why I like it so much. It's hard to explain my intense attachment to this book; maybe because my two favorite VCA characters finally get married, maybe because Fern turned out to be a completely different person, maybe because of Phillip's sick obssesion and Clara Sue's overall witchiness, I don't know. All I know is that upon reading it I became Dawn finding my lost love again, painfully learned truths about people I once loved dearly, watching by birth mother who I despised become overwraught with her own guilt and feeling sorry for her, and watching myself disengrate into my own worst enemy Granmother Cutler. Dawn is one strong, loving, yet vulnerable character and this book really brings that out.

Summary: The sun goes down but Dawn pulls through...
Review: There's so much to enjoy in this book! I was thoroughly satisfied by the way it turned out and the twists, turns, and directions the book takes makes you crave for more. I was blissfully happy that one of my favorite heros, Jimmy, finally wed Dawn. That slimeball Michael Sutton got what he deserved. I cheered when Dawn faced him down and made him see the lowly creature he really was. Fern was quite a suprise with the way she turned out- And there was plenty of romantic suspense and drama. As bad as Philip is, I have a soft spot(kinda, sorta) in my heart for him. He isn't such a bad guy if you take away the sick obsession with Dawn. Overall a wonderful book!

Summary: Don't read if tired
Review: This book is so boring. I skipped the last half of it. I adored the first two novels, but this was merely a transitional novel. Read the summary somewhere online and just go onto Midnight Whispers and Darkest Hour. Don't waste your time.

Summary: The Best in the Series!!
Review: This book is the best one in the Cutler series. Dawn's character is stronger in this book, and she takes charge of the situation at hand. I didn't like how Jimmy couldn't see what was going on with Fern, because its not that hard, but oh well. If you read this book you will not be disappointed. I could hardly put it down from the very first page!

Summary: VC'S DONE IT AGAIN!!
Review: this book was absolutely GREAT. it has a lot of climax, then it tones down..and just when you think it got boring,HA! guess again!! a MUST have!

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: A darn good book!
Review: This is a good book, even though I have to say the third book of the series are my least favorite. The things Dawn has to go through with Fern and Clara Sue are horrible. But she gets to be happy with Jimmy, even though Philip never leaves her alone. I really like this book!!

Summary: GREAT!~ [4 1/2]
Review: This is my favorite book of the Cutler series. No other books of VC Andrews will get 5 stars unless they are the Flowers In the Attic series. You just cannot top those, but this is a great book. The Cutler series is very good, and this is the best book out of the whole thing. You just have to read the other books along with it to keep your timeline straight. You don't want to miss a minute. It keeps with the same pattern as VC Andrews books. First book introduces you to the new family and the main characters, the 2nd book they are of teenage years, 3rd they are pretty much grown up starting their own family, 4th is from their children's perspective, and 5th is taking you back to before the series began so you can find out why a main character that caused the heroine the distress was the way they were. It's fabulous that it is done this way, because when you finish them all you truly feel like you are a part of the family and that you know everything that you need to know about them. There are no loose ends when you finish and you feel totally satisfied and are able to move onto another series. Give the Cutler world a try, you'll be glad you did.
