Rating: Summary: A GHOSTLY OFFERING FROM R.L. STINE Review: Goosebumps from R.L. Stine continues to offer chilling and fun books for the pre-teen crowd. Perhaps not as popular as they were several years ago, these are still enjoyable reads...not too scary for elementary school kids with a target audience of age 6 - 11 I would say.
In Ghost Beach, Jerry and his sister Terri go to visit their aunt and uncle who live near a cemetary as well as a beach that has a scary cave and is the subject of local legends. Jerry and Terri are told by local kids that the cave is haunted but of course they decide they need to check it out for themselves and journey off to explore the dark and forbidding cave. A flickering light entices the kids in and soon they wish they would have heeded the warnings.
Like all Goosebumps book this is a light, quick read. Perfect for younger kids to read themselves in a few days or for parents to read along with other children. Just scary enough to give them some chills but not too scary to cause nightmares. Very enjoyable!
Rating: Summary: SCARY!!!!!!!!! Review: I think this it was relly scary and at the begining of the it was scary to the end it was such a good book that i think it should have ratings of 8

Rating: Summary: Great Mystery Book!!!!! Review: This book is about a boy named Jerry and his sister, Terri. They're visiting their aunt and uncle who live next to a cemetery and a beach with a creepy cave. Unfortunatly, Terri likes to explore cemeteries and caves. So Jerry gets to spend his vacation rubbing gravestones and checking out that creepy cave on the beach. But on the way they run into three kids who say that the cave is haunted and extremely dangerous. Jerry and Terri don't believe these kids and check it out to see if it really is dangerous. But they would have been better off if they had just listened.
Rating: Summary: Awesome! Review: This book is one of my favorite Goosebumps books. It keeps you guessing until the end!
Rating: Summary: Sooooooooooo Scary Review: This book was sooooooo scary. Jerry and Terri meet these kids. The kids tell them there is a 300-year-old ghost that lives in the cave. Later, Jerry and Terri find out that those kids are ghosts.
Rating: Summary: ...And I used to read this "scary" garbage Review: Why are these books still around? I still remember when they first came out they were the rave of young grade school kids including myself but when I first read "Go Eat Worms" I thought to myself where's all the gore? where's that atmospheric feeling you get from reading books like My ABC's, Arthur, and Recess none of those things were to be found on any of R.L. Stine's books what's up with that. No one ever gets slaughtered or even mutilated beyond recognition in these books some author ay!
