Summary: It holds you in an almost sickening fascination
Review: The book, or should I say, the whole series, was excellent. The Heaven/Troy romance that you hear so much about was a tragic as it was beautiful. Even though it was based on incest, you couldn't help but wish it had worked out<as sickening as that sounds. You probably will have to read it to understand. The book continued an excellent series, one of Andrew's best in my opinion. She might have piled too much on her charactor though. Heaven was made to endure almost too much to be humanly possible. It was one thing after another till you stopped being surprized that it was happening. Still, it was an awesome book. The late V.C Andrews had a way to bring her charactors to life that made the book almost believeable. Her talents will be missed, but not so much as if she hadn't written this book.

Summary: I liked this book but it should have been a little different
Review: I thought this book was ok and all but I hated the romance between Heaven and Troy. I thought it was missing something. Then when I found out who Troy really was, it made it even wrose. I thought her and Logan made a much better couple, even if he was a jerk to her for awhile. If Troy wasn't in this book it would have gotton 5 stars from me.

Summary: Breathtaking!
Review: I have to say that this is the best V.C. Andrews book that i have read so far. The way that V.C. Andrews presents the characters and unravels the web of lies and deception is just like a rollercoaster ride of emotions. Througout all the pain and struggles that Heaven has to overcome, she stays strong. That is what is so powerful about this novel. My favorite character has to be Troy. He's one of the most charming males ever. I really enjoyed this whole series and even though it is a novel, it is sad that Troy and Heaven never could be together as they were meant to be.

Summary: Quotable dialogue
Review: Dark and mysterious, powerful and intriuging. BEAUTIFUL love story between Heaven and Troy. I was devestated when I found out he was her uncle, though. It's always a delight to read V.C. Andrew's books because you never know what's going to happen next. She's unpredicatable.

Summary: Oh what a tangled web we weave when we first deceive!
Review: Poor Heaven! First scorned by her Father, then neglected by Sarah, her stepmother! Then sold by her father, worse he's not even her father. Sold to a woman who hates her. How much misery can Ms. Andrews heap on one person? Sometimes I think its a bit much! Troy would have been the perfect person for Heaven Logan is a bit of a prig and a little too purtunnical for me, I would have told him off a long time ago.Specially that part with Fanny, who has problem with being too free with her favors. Ever wondered if Logan really did like Fanny's advances?(?)

Summary: A Romeo and Juliet Romance!
Review: "Dark Angel" is my favorite book ever written. From the beginning I was entranced by Heaven and Troy's tragic tale. This book made me cry over and over. If you want to read of a heart wrenching romance, this is the book.

Summary: disappointing
Review: after reading the wonderful Heaven I moved on to Dark Angel thinking it would be just as good. I was wrong. The romance between her and Troy just didn't have me convinced. I hope Fallen Hearts will be a little better.

Summary: Dark Angel is a spellbounding story.
Review: This is my favorite story out all of the works of the late V.C. Andrews. I have reread this book about ten or more times. Heaven is such a strong-willed character. She puts up with a family that acts like they don't want her. Plus, she deals with Logan's indifference, nutty Fanny, Tony's strict rules, the snotty girls from Winterhaven, and the loss of Tom. It warms my heart how she won Troy's heart. If you have the chance to read this book read it.
