Summary: Another fast paced conspiratorial ride!
Review: This is the sixth Koontz novel I have read in the last three weeks, and not surprisingly, his style is very similar in this book as in the others. He posesses a strong vocabulary and creates excellent imagery. Although I liked this novel and its character development, the ending left loose ends and made me wonder what was going to happen to Joe Carpenter and Nina who were given new identities, a common theme in almost all the novels I have read by him, but would still be relentlessly pursued by the agency that so wanted them dead throughout the book. I guess we'll never know.

Summary: One Of Koontz's best!
Review: I recently became a Koontz fan and this is one of his best works ever. The character Joe Carpenter is a excellently thought-out character! The story was intense and a page-turner. And as usual, he makes an entire conspiracy against the one man striving for the truth. I would recommend this book to any of Koontz's fans, or fans of conspiracy novels.

Summary: Slow Start - Great Finish
Review: I have enjoyed many of Koontz' books and have always had problems putting them down. This book was very difficult to get into, but after perservering, I once again was unable to put it down. Another great book from Koontz

Summary: Where is the climax ?
Review: This is my first Koontz book and it was very hard to put down but the ending is a disappointment: without spoiling much I can say that I expected a spectacular confrontation, but there is none - does he save it for a sequel ? Nevertheless I will try to put my hands on any Koontz I see around.

Summary: What a ride!
Review: This was the first Dean Koontz book I've ever read, and I'm very impressed. The book kept me on the edge of my seat. I didn't figure out the ending half way through the book, and the ending was very satisfying. I read the audio version, and David Birney was fantastic - I highly recommend it.

Summary: This is one of his very best books that he has written
Review: All of Dean Koontz's books are wonderful, but this one left me spellbound. From the very beginning it caught my complete attention to where I didn't want to put the book down. At the end of the novel when he started to explain what Rose Tucker was all about and how the feelings he had experienced were a part of the mystery that had to do with the suicides ...well it left me with a chill. With the new breakthroughs in DNA and cloning one wonders if this could be more than just a fictional novel in the future. To think that things like this were really possible is scary. I think that is why I liked this book so much. Every time I read a Dean Koontz novel I think there couldn't be a better one, but he just keeps outdoing himself. He will have to go a long way to beat this one however.

Summary: slow beginning, great middle, slow ending
Review: The book started off slow, in fact, I started reading it then put it down, and months later picked it up again. Once you get through the beginning, it is very good. I couldn't wait to read more. Then the ending lost me. Maybe it was too "science-fictiony" for me. Not a great book.

Summary: Little slow to start with, but once it got going, excellent!
Review: This was the First Dean Koontz book i've ever read and now I am a dedicated Koontz fan!! I think that says it all!

Summary: Koontz's Best yet!!
Review: I have read about 6 of Koontz books, and he never ceases to amaze me. My first was "Midnight", which I totally disliked, so don't get disgouraged if he doesn't captivate you on first try. However, I bought Fear Nothing on a whim last year, and haven't put a Koontz book down since. Sole Survivor enters territories that are almost uplifting, and inspiring. Dean Koontz? Inspiring? But yes, this book does it all. Kudos to Dean on his best work I've read yet. :)
