Summary: Mildly enjoyable
Review: Haven't been a Koontz reader since his earliest books. Someone loaned me this and the sequel. I wouldn't really call it horror. More akin to Sci-Fi. The dog and the cat are more interesting than the human characters.

Summary: Ready for the third installment of this clan
Review: This books is one of D.K's greatest, along with it's sequal, Seize the Night. I highly reccomend these novels, although you may have to heavily rely on the suspension of disbelief to get through it. The commradare between these three friends, (four, if you count the dog) is wonderfully entertaining. The writing in this book is funnier than in most of Koontz's others. I found myself laughing out loud on several occasions. Thats not to say anything about the suspense this book is filled with. My work performance suffered after late nights with this book. An incredible read!

Summary: A very interesting book...
Review: Like Chris Snow, I too am one acquainted with the night. From this perspective I found this book to be very interesting. I enjoyed the well-developed characters in this book. The dog makes the whole story worth it. Many ideas are brought up and batted around by the characters. This book may not be earth shatteringly important, but it is certainly entertaining. I recommend it.

Summary: Awesome!
Review: "Fear Nothing" and "Seize the Night" are both great additions to Dean Koontz's masterpieces. The characters are really interresting and complex and as always Dean sticks a perfect pooch in the story (smarter than average pooch I might add). The fact that this might actually happen in real life is especially interresting. Hey Dean.....we want more of these, Chris Snow is a great character!

Summary: Literally couldn't put it down
Review: I've been a fan of Mr. Koontz' since high school and we are basically the same age. I found "Fear Nothing" and "Seize the Night" to be two of the best of his novels. Christopher Snow is awesome. A great fictional role model. Orson is the ultimate in pets/friends. I found both books so mezmerizing that I found it difficult to put them down for any reason. The monkeys are terrifying. I wouldn't want to meet them in a dark alley or anywhere else, for that matter. All the characters are totally real and believable. I can't wait for another book about Christopher Snow and his many adventures.

Summary: Fear nothing because nothing happens
Review: Suspense lingers too much as promised in the cover reviews so one turn pages and pages expecting a twist but nothing happens. The development of the main character Chris is fantastic but the story is dull and not gripping, nevertheless there are very good reflections about life and human condition. No more Koonz for me

Summary: Definate Page Turner!
Review: Fear Nothing was a great book. I am a big fan of Dean Koontz and I think this is one of his best. I just couldn't put it down! Seize the Night was also good.

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: DEFINATELY GOOD, but...
Review: I found this book to be very good, and actually pretty scary at times. The only downer was it was a little too quiet, the suspense is somewhat low, and some of the subplots were a little unclear. Christopher Snow is cool, though. And for God's sake, DON'T TALK ABOUT MONKEYS IN MOONLIGHT BAY AT NIGHT!

Rating: 1 stars
Summary: Boring, Boring, Boring
Review: I just finished this yawner. I kept hoping it would get better. It didn't. The surfer dialogue was terrible. I didn't care about any of the characters. I was disappointed with the ending because the mutant monkeys didn't kill Chris and Bobby. I will not waste my time on the sequel. There are much better Koontz books. Try Whispers. It's a five-star book.
