Rating: Summary: It is a excellent book! A great buy for any Buffy fan. Review: It is so great! Just like a real yearbook. My favorite parts are the pictures and the little notes from all her friends, even angel signs it. I would definately buy it if I were you.
Rating: Summary: "Buffy" at it's best! Review: Just knowing that this book was by Golden & Holder was an automatic seller for me! They put together another great book & I think it out does the Watcher's Guide. There are awesome photos, great outtake pics, & wonderful & touching comments by the Scooby Gang. Great 'student' photos & comments! Wonderfully put together & well up-to-date! (Also, how *cute* is Giles on the "Band Candy" page?!)
Rating: Summary: You Can Own Buffy's Senior Yearbook Review: Ok, so it's not quite identical to the one we see at the end of "Graduation Day Pt. 2", but this is one of the most interesting and unusual keepsake books to come down the pike in a long time.No argument -- Nancy Holder and Christopher Golden know the Buffyverse as only Joss Whedon would, and it reflects in everything they do. And the Sunnydale High Yearbook is a prime example. Now, how to classify it -- it's not a reference manual for the show (that would be The Monster Book or The Watchers Guides, which Holder and Golden also worked on), but it is chock full of interesting tidbits. And it's not a fiction work; this is borrowed straight from the show itself. Frankly, imagine if you somehow got your hands on Buffy Summers' senior yearbook, complete with signatures in the magins and even extra photos taped in covering the moments that the yearbook editor probably would have preferred stayed out. Now you have an idea of what this is. There's a section on the sports programs, senior photos, an extensive "in memoriam" section, even ads posted in the back from places like The Bronze or the Espresso Pump. In a way, this book is neat because Holder and Golden put in a lot of thought as to what the other students might have been doing when they weren't interacting with Buffy and the Scoobies. Like, when they weren't picking on Lance or being possessed by hyenas, what activities might Kyle and his friends been involved in? Did Owen Thurman belong to any clubs? How about Jonathan Levenson? Harmony Kendall? The Sunnydale High Yearbook fleshes out some of the backstory in a very believable way, making the whole world of Buffy the Vampire Slayer seem that much more real. Oh, and as an added treat, while most of the pages are obviously from Buffy's yearbook (with signatures and comments mostly from Willow and Xander, but also others like Giles, Cordelia, Oz and Angel), the very last pages must have been borrowed from Marcy Ross' yearbook -- it's all a bunch of signatures that say, "Have a nice summer." Anyhow, this is definite addition to any Buffy fan's collection, and makes a great gift for someone who lives in the Buffyverse.
Rating: Summary: this is the best Review: okay, if you don't have this book you need to get it. it realy gives a scoop on the rest of sunnydale high, that you don't see in every episode
Rating: Summary: If you like Buffy (and I know you do), just get this Review: Really funny and witty with a lot of "inside" jokes for BtVS fans. The inside is just like a regular high school yearbook for any school...that was built on a hell mouth and had a mortality rate nearly matching its graduation rate. Great color pictures (HS Cordy, need I say more?) and quotes from the 3 best seasons (IMHO) of the late great BtVS. Thank God it lives on in FX reruns about 16 times a day and the DVDs are very reasonably priced.

Rating: Summary: Some of the best moments... Review: Some of the best moments occured during seasons 1-3, not that the following seasons aren't good. But this Sunnydale High "Yearbook" has alot of information and stuff to cherish forever. The 32 pages of color photos is also a great addition to this book! This is a fun, great read, and it's for any Buffy fan to remember back when the scoobies were at Sunnydale High.
Rating: Summary: An amusing take on producing a promotional item Review: The "Sunnydale High Yearbook" is produced as though it were just that - a high school yearbook. Golden and Holder (the premiere Buffy tie-in authors, in my opinion) write in the voices of the Sunnydale High Yearbook staff, making sly references to past episodes that any fan will find amusing. There's a ton of previously unrealeased photos, and I particularly enjoyed the writings of "Buffy's" friends throughout the book - Oz and Xander's comments are a particular treat. A definite must!
Rating: Summary: One of the best Buffy-promo books I have seen! Review: The Buffy yearbook is really well made, with clever writing (as can always be expected from Christopher Golden) and great pictures. There is a slew of Buffy Books out there, from the fictional novels like "The Gatekeepers Triolgy" to the fan books like "The Watcher's Guide" But none of them are on the same plane as the Yearbook. It is in a category of it's own. It is a truely wonderful tribute to one of the best shows on television.
Rating: Summary: The Future Is Ours Review: The fact that it is made to be an actual yearbook already had me in absolute stitches. I read through it fast as could be the second I bought it, and perfection! The characters, the events, the anecdotes, the notes scribbled in by the Slayerettes in the margins - all felt very real and were a hoot and a half to see and read. Kudos to Chris and Nancy!! They never fail the BtVS fans... :)
