Summary: The best book ever written by Lois Duncan!!!!
Review: This was truly a great book, especially for teenagers .I found it very easy to read and I was so into it ,I couldn't put it down!If you love reading books about mysteries you have got to read this one.

Rating: 3 stars
Summary: Not one of Duncan's best
Review: The book was okay but not one of Duncan's best. It was kind of slow. The ending was good and I think the plot was good too but I think the plot was wasted on such a bad story. I don't mean anything offensively to Lois Duncan and I really enjoyed all of your other books!

Summary: Go ahead, try to figure it out.
Review: Duncan has written a must read for any mystery lover. As a high school English teacher, I have read countless books searching for just the right one to grab my reluctant freshmen readers. At long last, I have found it. I watched as students, who had previously told me that they had never read a book cover to cover, fell head over heals into the story. They moaned when the bell rang and read chapters ahead at home. The book also stimulated incredible in-class discussion. If you're looking for a book that grabs your attention and refuses to let it go, look no more!

It says the fact that if its your fault you have to fix it which Susan showed very well. I would recommend it to anyone who is into realistic fiction books.

Summary: EXCELLENT BOOK ! ! ! !
Review: This was the first book of Lois Duncan I've read and it was a great book. It was page after page of excitment. You wanted to find out what happens next? At the end of the chapters there were cliffhangers and it left you wondering. If you're looking for a great book to read with suspense this would be the book,Killing Mr. Griffin.

Summary: Funny and suspenseful
Review: I liked this book a lot. I thought it was suspenseful and funny. I LOVED the chapters that revolved around the kidnapping. The image of masked figures stuffing a bag over an ugly teacher's head and the body's arms moving just made me laugh. If you ever had a teacher you really hated, you might understand. I loved the things that Mark said when he, Betsy, David, and Jeff were in the mountains like "Nobody wanted to miss watching you die", and "You'd better believe it, because it's true." (in response to a question). I was just laughing at the whole idea. I also liked that area. Lois Duncan described it really well, and she created a mood whenever they went there. When Mr. Griffin died, though, it gets riveting. Everything from then on was extremely suspenseful as the kids slowly get caught. It was suspenseful when they were parking Mr. Griffin's car at the airport, when they were seen by police officers and other people when they didn't want to be, and Dave had problems making up stories to tell his grandmother.... Well, this is a great book. You sort of have to be in high school and have the right attitude to like this book. I wonder if Lois Duncan ever had a teacher she hated......

Summary: Killing Mr. Griffin is a great suspense and mystery novel
Review: Lois Duncan's novel Killing Mr. Griffin is the story of five teenagers who kidnap their English teacher to teach him a lesson, and scare him. However, their perfect plan does not go like the way they have planned. Killing Mr. Griffin is an outstanding book that captures full attention of the reader. The suspense and mystery in this book makes the story very attractive. The book is full of suspense. You never know what will happen next. I have also read Don't Look Behind You by Lois Duncan. That book is another trilling nover, however, I enjoyed Killing Mr. Griffin more. I think killing Mr. Griffin is more twisted and has great suspense. I could not put the book down. I encourage everyone to read Killing Mr. Griffin because it is an excellent book.
