Summary: Great story didn't want to put it down
Review: I thought it was a great story of good and evil and i can't wait for some new stories to be put out.

Summary: The worst
Review: Awful ,B rated writing, I can't believe King let this one fly as two novels. Now if He were to have done The Green Mile under the Bachman name I for one would be joyful. This is garbage. Sorry Steven.

Summary: King again writes a gut-wrenching story of good versus evil
Review: Stephen King once again "Tak"-cles the world of spiritual war, not only within the physical world but within the human soul. The story starts with irrational killings galore, but it doesn't take the reader long to see that King is weaving a story of morality and one's purpose in life. Prepare for a large mixture of emotions, from wincing at death to tears in your eyes at King's great ending. This novel left me critically evaluating my life for days after finishing. For anyone who thinks that King only produces evil books, this is THE book to show a side of King that many do not know.

Summary: I enjoyed this book very much.
Review: I liked this book very much it made me wonder what was going to happen next, I liked and I would read it again.

Summary: One of his best
Review: I thought this was one of King's best works. Good plot, good setting. The only weak point was the ending.

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: Almost perfect...
Review: Desperation was a pleasant throwback to King's earlier works such as The Stand and It (although not as entertaining). However, Desperation did have a number of engaging characters. My only complaint is the length...could have been 150 pages shorter and still had the same effect!!

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: page-turner,frightening,got lost in it, but profane
Review: I was mesmerized from page one, and I couldn't put it down. The characters were fresh and new, unlike any others in King's books. The surreal Nevada settings embellished the increasingly terrifying story perfectly.I think the book would have been just as good sans the excess profanity.

Summary: Great!
Review: This is THE Stephen King!. If you don't have imagination read something else but Stephen King's books. Desperation is the place to be if you want to feel the creeps.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Desperation was a phenomenal book.
Review: Desperation combined the good against evil battle with horror. The detail gave way to excellent imagery and made you feel like you were in the book with the characters. The plot was not easily figured out and you always were kept in suspense. As I was reading the book, I felt I was being pulled along just as the characters were. I read the book in 4 days because I was so drawn to it.
