Summary: One of the BEST books I have ever read!!!!!!
Review: Swan Song definitely ranks up there in my top three favorites, along with The Stand and Gone With the Wind! This is a wonderful book with lots of very interesting characters and a story that keeps you on the edge of your seat. As with The Stand, you feel as if you know and care about these people. The first time I read this book, I could not (and did not!) put it down. I try to read it at least once or twice a year, because it's like going back to visit old friends. I would love it if this book would be released in hard cover, as I have already worn out two paperbacks

Summary: Horror written like Science Fiction
Review: Swan Song is a thick book but once you get into it, you don't want to put it down. There are quite a few characters who are either good or evil. The book likes to jump around - you start a chapter and you get interested in the story when the chapter ends and start on another character, just as interesting. Sometime the characters will meet unknown- ingly that their paths will meet again. If the reader likes horror mixed with science-fiction, this is a book well worth reading

Review: The first time I had heard of this book was about 7 years ago. A friend of mine was reading it and passed it onto me. After reading the back cover I was a little leary. I thought to myself, oh no not a book on nuclear war. But my friend said that was not the core of the story. So I took their word for it and started reading. Well I kept reading & reading & reading. I COULD NOT put the book down. I got so involved and wrapped up in the different stories all going on at once I just couldn't wait to find out how they all finally meet up at the end. After reading the final page of the book I literally turned back to the first page and began reading again. I would recommend this book to anyone regardless of their reading preferences

Summary: It made me cry, It made me smile. Laugh, Sigh.
Review: I am a huge fan of Stephen King. Now Stephen has (finally) some good competion. This book was recommended to me by a friend. I am glad i have such good friends! I was crying at times during this book, and i laughed along with the characters. The only time i regretted reading the book was when i reached the last page. cause then the story was over! But i can always read it Again! and i suggest this book to ANYONE! Better than 'The Stand' and better than 'Dark Advent' by Brian Hodges, this book will really leave you feeling satisfied. Fufilling and loving people.

Summary: Very entertaining, extremely well written book
Review: Well, I picked this one up after a friend suggested it to me. Being a very big fan of Stephen King, and end of the world type books in general, I read the first few hundred pages with some trepidation. However, as I continued to read, the comparisons to the Stand gradually dissapeared(although there are some almost direct parrallels). I found that Swan Song was a very well written, very nicely paced, and thoroughly entertaining book, that is well worth it.
