Summary: stephen king would blush
Review: This book was soo much better than the film! If you like horror/thriller novels- this is a must read. Almost as good as King, a thousand times better than Koontz.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: The best book ever! I loved it!
Review: It is a nail biting suspence thriller. that has you on the edge of your seat for the whole way. I love it and so will you! It is the bomb! If you dont like it I would like to know why.

Summary: Something that finally bests Crichton in his own genre!
Review: The only thing that Crichton ever wrote that could even compare to this was Sphere and now that Crichton is so caught up with writing screenplays in the form of books instead of stories in the form of novels there's no way he can make up any ground. Preston and Child are amazing. I've read both this and Reliquary and Crichton never had the appendage-jittering terror, sweaty-palmed suspense that this had. And with characters: you actually care whether they live or die; you don't get the cardboard figures of Crichton's novels. Science in this is also far more accurate than Crichton's BS'd and half-researched assumptious garbage. Stick with Preston and Child; Crichton's fallen into Hollywood, but these two keep the story true.

Summary: GREAT
Review: Man, I bought this book and had it done in two days on spring break. I read all of Crighton's best and was looking for a _good_ psychological thriller, and I found it in Relic. All I can say is that it's incredible. A definite must read for the psych. fan. And I can't wait to read Reliquary.

Summary: Good book...I loved it!
Review: No, I haven't seen the movie but take my word for it-if you like horror and science fiction and suspense like I do you will love this book!

Summary: This was a wonderful and thrilling book
Review: I read this book in one day because I couldn't put it down. The Relic is very exciting and suspenseful. The beast that roams the museum is very deadly and dangerous, it kills anything that carries it's type of food. Which is the Hormone organ, that is located in a person or animals brain. So think about what this beast has to do to get its dinner. And one more thing, don't read this book before you go to bed

Summary: Let's see the movie!
Review: It was a good book and was hard to put down, but it wasn't the kind of story i thought it was going to be. I gave it a" 8" because it wasn't as scary as i hoped it would be because they used superstition. That kind of stuff doesnt scare me. The story itself is very interesting and it sparked my curiosity, but it just wasn't scary enough.

Summary: SWEET BOOK
Review: I GIVE THIS BOOK A 10 BECAUSE IT WAS THE BEST BOOK I'VE RAD IN A LONG TIME. THE GRAPHIC DETAILS WERE EXCELLENT.

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: Best of the Crichton-esques.
Review: Of all the writers who seem to be following in Michael Crichton's footsteps, Lincoln and Child were the first to make me want to read their *next* novel. RELIC is amazing; the plot--and plot twists--are tightly paced and well thought-out, and the resolution--including a creepy "flooded sewer" scene--is intense. Highly recommended.
