Summary: A deadly murderer kills in a museum just days an exhibit op.
Review: Relic is a very chilling book. The only bad point is that it goes way to indepth with the gore. I am in 7th grade and just finished this book.

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: Not the best book I've ever read
Review: Relic is a pretty cool book. The action scences are cool (same goes for the monster) and the writing was good. It's still not the best book I've ever read though.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: A great thriller!!!!
Review: I'm 13 and this is the first book I have read in years that actually keeps me interested. Far better than any other horror I've ever read. Douglas Preston and Lincoln Child are the best!

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Utterly scary and absolutly thrilling
Review: I am 13 and I had the most fun I ever had reading Relic. It was scarier than any movie and I found myself reading till all hours at night. If anyone made a noise while I was reading it I would jump and scream. Relic was a high-energy thriller that is so good that even though you could finish it in one read, you have to take your time so you can enjoy it to the fullest!!

Summary: BEST BOOK I'VE EVER READ
Review: I was loosing faith and interest in books until I read this one. Im 13 and I loved every moment of it. Douglas Preston and Lincoln Child work you up for the best in the end, and it is GREAT. This is a MUST read. I don't know what those people who are giving it a 3 and 1 star(s) are talking about it was the best book ive ever read.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Excellent!
Review: Sure it's kind of gross in parts, but I could overlook that because everything else was what I enjoy in a book! Superb writing, easy to read, kept me in suspense from the first chapter. The setting in the museum was perfect! I thought the monster was very scary. The movie totally stunk compared to the book, but I must say I liked the way the monster looked in the movie. It was better than what I imagined from the book! If you loved "Jurassic Park" as much as I did, you would probably love this one, too!

Summary: crichton still leads the race(by a whole lot)
Review: Right before I wrote this, I had just finished re-reading the book. (I always re-read the books I read at least one time) I thought I liked it. Then I read all these reviews. Then I noticed how dumb it really was. The plot, characters, science, and monster were really weak. Crichton is a whole lot better!

Summary: relic was the best book I have ever read
Review: this book held my attention to the very end ! preston & child are a great team . the characters were great, the story was creative and imaginitive , and the book itself was intense and full of action. oh, and by the way, i'm only 14 and I understand all of it.

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: DON`T BE SCARED OFF BY THE MOVIE!
Review: Ok,this book was really good, but the movie sucked.BIG TIME!I read the book first and had high expectations about the movie.Well, appearently not.It was really bad. With such a good book at hand, they were still able to creat a very mediocre movie. So don't watch the movie, read the book! You won't regret it.
