Summary: Heaven and Earth
Review: This book was great! It is the second book in a trilogy about three women whose ancestors were witches. Something went terribly wrong and now years later it's up to these three women, also witches, to set things right. I have also read the first book in this trilogy and can't wait for the final book to come out. If you don't read this book, it's your loss.

Rating: 3 stars
Summary: Can't really lose with Nora Roberts
Review: I absolutely love Nora Roberts and have devoured every one of her books. This was OK by her standards.

I liked Ripley's story more than I did with Nell's (Dance Upon the Air). Although Ripley can be a *itch, I was drawn to her strength and her fierce need to protect those she loves. And what can I say about Mac - nerdy, cute, built, and rich....what more can a girl ask for??

Summary: Heaven and Earth
Review: Although I enjoyed "Dance Upon Air" better than this one. I still coulded put it down. I loved the new charater Mac that was introducted. He'll keep Ripply on her toes. I also wounder if he will become a warlock, in the next book. Ripply seem to be tuff, but we all know that she is tender hearted, and very protective.
I can't wait until the book on Mia come's out. She seems to be the strongest, and better at her craft. So she will have to be put to a better trial. I'm almost certain that Sam will be coming back to the Island. Then will see alot of sparks and passion flying, I just know it.
Can't wait to read the third book. Nora keep them coming, Love your books!!

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: A definite keeper
Review: The blend of romance and suspense in this book kept me up all night. You can almost feel the evil lurking in the shadows at times. Nora does it again!

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: A magical tale.
Review: I am not a reader who reads all of Nora Roberts books, but the Three Sisters Island trilogy has caught me in its magic. HEAVEN AND EARTH is the second in the Three Sisters Island trilogy and lives up to the expectations set by the first book. Ripley Todd is a sheriff's deputy. She's smart, sexy and pulls no punches. The only thorn in her side is that she'd like to deny her magical talents. Dr. MacAllister Brooke, with his degree in 'the study of crapola', arrives and wants only to help Ripley come to terms with her talents and a future with him. But before they can pursue the future they have to deal with the past.

Summary: Bravo!
Review: Incredible work by Ms. Roberts. I could not put this book down! Ripley Todd, although seemingly obnoxious and a rude character, only gives depth to the overall story. Her character juxtaposes the hero of this novel, MacAllister Booke, which gives the novel it's flair and overall likeableness. I can hardly wait for the 3rd book to hit the shelves. Mia's story will probably be the best, and the loose ends of this story as a whole shall be wrapped up.

Summary: Loved it!
Review: Dance Upon the Air was great and I really enjoyed it but this second installment was terrific. I guess I relate to Ripley (what a scary thought that is) but I like her candor and her courage and her fierce protectiveness. Cannot wait for Mia's story.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: One of her best trilogy yet!
Review: I have been a fan of Nora Roberts for years. I love all her different writing styles(mystery, suspense,love...) but this mix of Fantasy and Romance is by far the best. I enjoyed the first one in the seriers( and air)but this one makes it pale in coparison. this book brings back Ripley, the deutpy sheirf, and lost-witch. She is very funny in her Bitchyness and it plays well of her leading man. And when she uses her powers again we get to see how really good Mrs. Roberts is.
If you want another funny Nora Roberts then this is a perfect seiers for you. Goes right up there with her Irish Galleger trilogy.

Summary: She Did it Again
Review: Nora Roberts always tells a story with a moral. You read the book, hear the words and find yourself repeating them to others. She spins a tale of romance and intrigue, you dream of the endings you would put to the story, but she always surprises you. The Three Sisters Triology held me in suspense, made me lose sleep and I worried about the sisters, and if I could have, I would have made the story 2 books longer. Made me want to become a witch, a good witch.
I hated to come to the end of book 2, but then read the teaser for book 3. I have a feeling that because of Mia the 3rd book should be the best in the series. I can't wait for it to come out, I would like to pre-order it. And my Nora Roberts collection grows.

Rating: 2 stars
Summary: Not impressed
Review: Being a fan of Nora Roberts, I was very excited when I found the first installment of this trilogy at a book exchange. After devouring Dance Upon Air, I could hardly wait for the second book. I expected more of the elements that made the first book so great: good plot, likable characters, a bit of mystery and a lot of romance.
Although the plot is fine, the novel fell short of my high expectations. The main character, Ripley Todd, is too obnoxious and difficult for the reader to become attached to (you wonder how a man as wonderful as Dr. Booke can fall for her), and the build-up to the end is a bit confusing.
Make sure you read Dance Upon Air before picking up this book, otherwise there will be some loose ends regarding the paranormal story line and secondary characters Nell and Zack Todd.
The book is readable and entertaining, but not Nora Roberts at her best. However, I will eagerly await the final installment and hope for more of the magic she spun in the first book!
