Summary: this is dean koontz???
Review: man i love dean koontz...his books keep me spellbound till the end...but this book was so boring and it didn't hold my attention like "the bad place" or "lightning" (definitly two of his best). whens his next one coming out anyway?

Summary: A NOVEL THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN A SHORT STORY
Review: I don't know who edited this book, but if I had a chance to do so, it would be a short story when I was finished. The description of Bobby and Chris' experience in the "egg room" took more than 25 pages, most of which I skimmed over. The lengthy, drawn out descriptions and constant side trips into Chris' thinking (who cares? get on with the action!) made this a book a dull read.

Summary: A GREAT READ
Review: Well Dean writes another good yarn. I found this a great book. I find Christopher Snow a great character. While some parts in this books are really out there, it is still great. I found Fear Nothing even better; but this is a excellent book with a great ending. One could associate with it. One must read Fear Nothing to get the full effect of Seize the Night. I hope their is another Christoper Snow novel to follow.

Summary: Great book! One you can't put down until finished!
Review: This book is a whole world in itself. Letting you get up close and personal with the characters. The first thing I did when I finished this book is to get the first book with the character Christopher Snow in it Fear Nothing. As the answers come at the end and all is revealed you can see the genius of the writtings of Dean R. Koontz. This book is a winner!

Summary: Just Brilliant!!!! It's the Koontz we've all come to know!
Review: Carpe noctum...that's the book title in Latin to Seize theNight, the next chapter to the Christopher Snow adventure. AgainKoontz wows the reader with his skill-the use of words, vivid descriptions, and his ability to weave the characters together. It's a whole new adventure for Snow and the gang, but still the same mystery. If you have read Fear Nothing, then you know what to expect from this novel. If you haven't read Fear Nothing, then I urgently suggest that you go read that first then proceed with this one. Good day!

Summary: Our generation's Shakespeare rises again!
Review: Once again, the most literate popular fiction writer since Shakespeare has displayed his talents for all the world to appreciate! I have for many years felt Dean Koontz to be the most literate of modern-day novelists, and with 'Seize the Night' he does not disappoint. The richness and variety of his metaphors alone make this tome a must-read. I find his characters to be involving to the extreme; certainly a cast of characters I would consider it a privilege to know and ally myself with. I say 'Bravo, Koontz! Bravolissimo!" Can't wait for the third installment!

Summary: Not one of his best
Review: The characters, though inconsistent, were enjoyable but the story line itself wasn't very tight. This is one book that might be better listened to on audio than read. Keith Szarabajka emphasized the book's strong point by his terrific deadpan delivery of the surfer lingo between the two main characters. Good dialogue kept a mediocre story tolerable.

Summary: surprised
Review: i have read a lot of DK's books and enjoyed everyone of them. i was on page 100 and wondered when will this move on. i always enjoy his characters and thought Chris Snow would be an interesting character; but honestly the lingo in the book and slowness is incredible. they're suppose to be trying to find a missing child. i am disappointed. i will finish the book because that is something i have to do but i am 3/4 of the way through and still not impressed.
