Summary: Couldn't put it down!
Review: This was my first Koontz read, and I am going back for more. He keeps the suspense going from the first paragraph, through the last. I'm already awaiting another Christopher Snow book--and I'm off in search of the first one today. What delighted me, in addition to Koontz's mastery of suspense, excellent plotting, warm sense of humor, and wonderful characterizations--was his skillful use of language. His uses of alliteration and metaphor, particularly, were delightful and even poetic. I found myself torn--I wanted to race to the last page, yet I also wanted to slow down and savor many of his passages. I highly recommend this book!

Summary: Smooth, Fresh; a Mix of Horror and Humor
Review: I devour all sci-fi and light horror so I'm familiar with all the best-selling authors. This book is a like a mango; it's easy to digest and the main characters are impossible not to like. Mr. Koontz is becoming more and more expert at injecting an offbeat humor into the tension induced by the horror. I liked it very much.

Summary: siez the night
Review: I thought that the book seize the night was a well written book. It helped me think of the many differnt things that could happen in your town. Many people don't think of the bad things in their lives. They all think of the good things which is not always good. Bad things in life can happen any given day and any given night, which I thought this book expresses.

Summary: Another Koontz Masterpiece
Review: Mr. Koontz has done it again. Seize the Night is an extraordinary book. Mixing humor and suspense is what kept this book in my hands for hours. I look forward to the third in the series.

Summary: Something to read
Review: If you can get over the excessive surfer lingo and stereotypical characters, then this novel is for you. It has typical Koontz plots--paranoia & the dark side of humanity--it's a thought provoking story filled with the sometimes amusing insight Koontz is known for injecting into his characters if nothing more.

Summary: Seize This Book!
Review: Although I am not in the habit of sharing my opinion of the books I read with the world at large, I had to say this - if you enjoyed "Fear Nothing", you will LOVE this sequel - I read it from cover to cover in one day, I couldn't put it down! I didn't think Mr. Koontz could write another book that I would enjoy as much as "Watchers" but I was wrong, I like this series even more...it is fast-paced, exciting, thought provoking, funny AND scary, all at once. All I want to know is - WHEN is the third book in the trilogy coming out? I can hardly wait!

Summary: Seize the Night
Review: Seize the Night and the first of the sequel, Fear Nothing , are outstanding and entertaining books. Way to short. I find myself reading slower and slower and the end nears. It's like a movie you don't want to be over. All the characters are wonderful and I hope will continue to stay together in future episodes. I think I will boycott Koontz if he lets anything happen to any of them. They are family and complement each other.

It is so refreshing to read a book that you don't have to read previous books to follow, yet know what is going. But, I'm glad I got in on the beginning. My sister and girlfriend are now hooked. Both books are must-reads.

Summary: Orson and Mondo Jerry Rule
Review: I just listened to this tape on my thanksgiving trip and it is truly one of the most captivating tapes I have ever listened to. Koontz's characters are so realistic that they become your friends over night. Orson and Jerry are everybodies' perfect pets. Koontz puts you in the middle of the action; you are in the struggle with the heros. You will find that your emotions will rise and fall with those of the characters'. Koontz holds your attention the whole way. His intellectual style is not for the faint of heart; his choice of words and similies are right on. Can't wait for the next book.

Summary: Not just another horror book.
Review: The minute I started reading this book I loved it. Perhaps, it's just because I like almost all books by Dean Koontz, but more likely it was due to it's language: so vivid, so alive, so easy-to-visualise, so descriptive. This is what makes Koontz's books so special for me. More than that, the plot of this masterpiece makes you start questioning the reality around you. It makes you shiver and shake, wether you're reading it in your favorite armchair or in bed. It made me fear turning off the lights. Well, it is a true bestseller, another masterpiece in the Moonlight Bay sequell.

Summary: Night Blindness
Review: I have read all of Mr. Koontz's, books including the new series featuring Mr. Snow and his wonder dog and surf loving childhood buddy. I really enjoyed the second book featuring the return of the dynamic trio of characters. It is difficult to bring characters back and make them as interesting as the frist time. But my favorite spook author has managed to do it again. I sincerely hope to read a third edition with the same group of characters.
