Review: Both the writing and the photography in this book were excellent. The author and people reviewed were very articulate in their efforts to relate the bond that people have for their pets. The photography was classic and the poses unique, and related well with the storyline.

Review: I found the essays in this book to be very interesting....really showing the bond between people and their animals. The photos are portraits, revealing the intimacy people feel for their pets. I enjoyed this book.
