Review: I was very impressed with this book. It offers a great basic introduction into herbs. It explains, in a simple easy to understand manner, the basics of growing and storing herbs, in addition to some great recipes for cooking, healing, and various craft items. The first half of the book is dedicated to 50 specfic herbs and their uses and growing techniques, the second half to general recipes. I would have liked to learn about more that the 50 mentioned, but to be fair, they are 50 of the most popular and safest to work with. I would recommend this book highly to people just starting their herbal education. It is a great reference book!
