Summary: Beautiful silk embroidery!
Review: This book is FULL of color photos of Ms. Stevens' lovely embroidery with plenty of sketches to help in making your own. A short summary of techniques and tools are discussed at the end of the book. This is a monumental achievement, and not her only one! A wonderful and inspirational way to spend many afternoons. The embroidery is almost all done in silk, with some wool, and lots of suggestions for doing your own work.
