Rating: 4 stars
Summary: Excellent Tierney Book!
Review: Beautiful plates from around World War I. Three generations...grandparents Lynn and Lily; parents Raymond and Margery; Nancy, their oldest daughter; Janet, two years younger than Nancy; Ray Jr., Holly, and Gretchen are all attached as one doll, the youngest of the family. Each member of the family has everyday clothes, coats, clothes for outdoors (so Lynn can go golfing, Raymond and Margery can play croquet, and Nancy and Janet can play tennis;)), and their very best for Nancy's wedding. A happy ending: "radiant bride" Nancy and her new husband Charles. Very nice book, but not my favorite of Tom Tierney's. The three children and their toys make it more pleasurable for kids. I say it's definitely worth it! Great buy!
