Review: This large softcover book includes planning forms and great ideas for you to utilize in planning all steps of a remodel. I was not acting as my own contractor on our last remodel and the job went WAY OVER BUDGET!!! This time around I read this helpful book and acted as my own contractor... with confidence! Saved myself a good deal of money and was able to control the situation (to my own benefit).
