Rating: Summary: The Blood Bankers Review: For anyone wishing to get a clear and concise walk through the back-door dealings of international banking, in regards to what it has done to both consistenly derail and sabatoge emerging Third World markets, this book is a must read. This book hinges on true and methodical investigative journalism (sadly,a talent in these times often more feared than reveared), and its revealations take you far beyond whatever information has thus far been garnered from the print media's attempts to unravel what is behind the Third World Debt Crisis. Whether it be an account of what essentially killed the revolution in Nicaragua, the insane excesses of Imelda Marcos, or the money trail leading to Sadam's WMDs, this book will not disappoint in its efforts to reveal how we got ourselves into the Emerging Market debacle, and what effect this has had on the growing worldwide terrorism directed toward the West.
