Review: I was overjoyed with the review of "reader from Greece" which you received on my birthday (Ocober 3)! Saying it's "the best snake encyclopedia I have ever read" is a great booster for one's morale!As an author of 90 plus books I, unfortunately, see very few reviews due to the particular publication system with books in this and related categories.

Review: Wonderful! It is not just an atlas, it is very informative and very readable. I am just beginning a serious study of snakes, and this is a fantastic adult introduction. Snakes : The Evolution of Mystery in Nature is also a great book, but I suggest reading this first.
