Rating: Summary: BEST MONEY CAN BUY!!!!!! Review: This Book is the best book I have ever seen and the absolute most informative. I was shocked to find out all of the things that go on behind the scenes, and even one of the places I considered getting a dress from was on of the worst, I was treated so badly, and this book showed me that I shouldn't have stayed there from the get-go! It is a must have for ANYONE that is not bubbling over with money!

Rating: Summary: Bridal Bargains: Number one choice for all bride's-to-be Review: Denise and Alan Fields have obviously done their homework and have given brides the tools to tackle
the players in the bridal industry-- from the caterer to the photographer. They list questions to ask each vendor to prevent the bride from falling prey to industry scams. The authors also updates brides on the lastest trends for all wedding budgets. I found out how to get engraved invitations on Crane paper for a fraction of the retail price!!!
Rating: Summary: Great whether or not you're on a budget Review: Even if your parents have given given you carte
blanche, this is a great book, as it explains
pitfalls at every stage of the wedding process,
such as why you might not get the dress you ordered and ways caterers inflate bills.
I learned a lot and expect my wedding plans to
go more smoothly because of it. This book isn't
about having cheap weddings; it's about not wasting money or being cheated.

Rating: Summary: Here's a reality check for Martha Stewart Review: If you've recently picked up a copy of Modern Bride, or a wedding planning guide by the likes of Martha Stewart, you might get the impression that only the Sultan of Brunei can affort to get married. Bridal Bargains is a good reality check for the rest of us. Not only will this book help you save money, it will tell you how to get the most for every dollar you spend on wedding services. The authors uncover many of the rip-offs and outright scams that go on in the wedding industry. Did you know that the average wedding dress, which costs around $1,000, is made to be a disposable garment? That the award-winning photographer probably sends his less-talented assistant out on wedding shoots? If you're planning a wedding, read this book and be a smart bridal consumer
Rating: Summary: Answers to all the questions Review: This book was one that my fiancee and i have read through at least 3 times each. It's a super reference for those who have no idea what to expect or where to get started. I actually kicked myself a few times when I did not review a section before visiting a vendor. These tips are REALLY useful. Even the ones you don't use yourself. Of all the books I was given or bought when we got engaged, this was hands down the most helpful. Compared to this one, none of the others were even worth the paper on which they were printed.
