Summary: Good Scrapbooking Idea!
Review: I love this book! Many many colorful layout! It is worth the price!!!

Rating: 3 stars
Summary: Okay, but a little disappointing
Review: This book has some good ideas, but not for beginners as it doesn't explain how to do the page outlines. I was disappointed that there was advertising. I wanted more for my money. Borrow this one from a friend.

Summary: Baby Memories: The Big Idea Book
Review: This book is an excellent choice for new moms that want to record their baby's life. I love the samples of colorful layouts by other moms. The supply list on all the page samples are a wonderful help. The advice on lettering is also a plus. I use the sweet dreams alphabet in my own baby's scrapbook. The fact that the book covers the span of pregnancy through the baby's first years means you'll get much use out of this book.

Summary: Great idea book!!
Review: This book is more of a magazine (with advertisements!). While it has many cute pages that parents have made with a photo or two, the descriptions of how each page was done are only useful for people who have enough scrapbooking experience to recognize the brief and sometimes obscure references to paper and lettering sources. There are almost no explanations of how the pages were created (no step by step instructions or tips or anything) except to identify the sources of the products used. A big disappointment.

Summary: Great idea book!!
Review: This is my favorite book of ideas for baby pages! It's not a how-to or step-by-step book, but it's great if you need inspiration for creating pages. It covers a range of scrapbooking styles from formal/portrait pages to cute/fun pages. One possible drawback is that a lot of the different pages were created by the same person. When you analyze the layouts closely, you realize that some of them are just a slightly different spin on the same format/technique. Overall, I have enjoyed looking at this book over and over for help when I need a little inspiration for my own scrapbook.
