Rating: Summary: A Good Amount of Detail Review: This book is a little dry and at this time somewhat dated. There is a renewed focus on this topic now so it is worth a review if you have the time. The book does not suffer from a lack of detail or facts, and it does seem to be well researched. What interested me the most was the scale of the governments ever increasing efforts to find new ways to kill the enemy. If you a looking for a historical overview of this topic, then this book fits the bill.
