Summary: Native or Newcomer, All Texans Will Enjoy!
Review: What a treat! This book has something for every Texan, including those who have lived here all their lives and those who are new to our wonderful state. The author skillfully weaves interesting bits of history and geography with personal anecdotes that entertain and enlighten the reader. He cleverly interjects humor and spunk, teasing the reader as he merrily reads along. Every teacher of Texas history and geography should have this book, as it will enable them to breathe life into their textbooks. But beyond the classroom, it's just fun, enjoyable reading.
