Review: The Authors bibliography is extensive and well researched. His management style was inappropriate in the Philippines.ie: He did not have practical experience as he did not "get his hands dirty". ie:he was not physically involved in the work gang.Although the Author has an insight of the purpose of the project he was managing, he seemed to lack forensic and hands - dirty approach.
