Summary: A most Interesting read....
Review: Probably the most comprehensive book on the Jfk assassination..It covers many dimensions on this very fascinating and complexed story; a story that's without a shadow of a doubt, the creme de la creme of political assassinations, in addition to being the greatest political mystery in our nations history, or world history for that matter...If you're a novice to the case I suggest you read this book..It's an excellent source of information of a level-headed rational nature - not one of those whimsical off-base conspriracy based books of the assassination...

Summary: Can You Read This Book? I Barely Could
Review: High Treason is simply a mess. Authors Livingstone and Groden engage in a shrill, undersupported deluge of accusations, conclusions, and sinister suggestions that leaves the reader wondering what topic they are attempting to discuss. I can't say that they are wrong, or that they are right. I can't wade through the goo of the text to make heads or tails out of it.

Reaching deep into a bucket of evidence, they attempted to throw so much of it at the wall that no matter what, at least some would stick. Undoubtedly, some does, but the resulting mess is an almost unreadable text that doesn't come close to definitively supporting their conclusions.

Some of their conclusions follow the following logic: I am a professional photographic analyst. I have concluded that the assassination autopsy photos are faked. Therefore, professional photographic analysists have concluded that the photos are faked. Want some more evidence? Well, my partner thinks so too.

Perhaps if they had stopped the shouting they would have left room for the rest of their book. As it is, there are other much more readable assassination texts out there that have benefited from the intervention of paid proofreaders. Get one of those instead.

Summary: Better Than I Thought
Review: I had lost my original copy of this book. This book was longer and in better condition than the one I lost. Service was excellent with quick response when contacted.

Summary: iMPORTANT INFO. FROM ASSASSINATION RECORDS REVIEW BOARD
Review: There are many new startling disclosures contained in this work on the Medical evidence, whicjh are taken from the recent depositions of Medical Personel assisting the Autopsy. This is roughly a 100 pages. The rest of the book is the original High Treason. Much info. on the Dallas-Watergate connection, as well as interviews of much of the Medical Staff at Parkland who have big problems with the Autopsy photos, that are fully shown here. Hyperble aside, here is plenty of High Treason here.

Summary: Excellent Exposition of Evidence of Conspiracy
Review: This book took me by surprise after reading the 26 volumes of the Warren Report. This book shows you a concise, detailed account of all the evidence ignored by the Warren Commision and the House Select Committee on Assassinations. I highly recommend this book to anybody who believes that JFK's Assassination issue is closed.

Summary: Not for Rookies
Review: This book while highly detailed and though provolking is not for those who are newcomers to Cover-up theorists. I recomend reading a mark lane book before this one.

Summary: A great book for those already VERY familiar with the crime.
Review: This is a great book for those that have already done a great deal of research on the assassination; it is NOT for beginners. The reason for this is twofold; the sheer amount of information that is alluded to would take 3-4 volumes if background information had to be included with each assertion, and the writing style of the authors is unique.

Many other reviewers have alluded to this writing style, calling it "hard to read" or "hard to follow". I did not experience this at all, and in fact found the authors' sarcasm in some cases both witty and exclamative. Truthfully, I enjoyed the way the book was written. Additionally, the index of the book is both extensive and in many cases illustrative of some finer points.

Again, I would not give this book as a gift to an assassination novice, but for those of us who enjoy studying this event this book offers much food for thought.

Summary: Omnicient, but One-sided
Review: This was a very powerful source for little-known information regarding the assassination of President Kennedy, but it seemed to be rather biased, and at times, sarcastic, skeptical and cynical.

Summary: Very Informative
Review: This was the book that introduced me to the mysteries surrounding the JFK Assassination. Recently, I revisited this book and read it again. I am glad I did.

I found this book to be an interesting read. I also found it to be very direct and to the point about what the authors think happened. I appreciated how they lined the information out step by step by step to back up their beliefs.

I was particularly interested in the unusual deaths of those people who are associated with the JFK murder. The large number of deaths in the unusual manners indicate a conspiracy if nothing else does. I like that this was covered in this book because many books tend to miss this point.

There are many conspiracy theories out there. I found that this one had proof and evidence that seemed to back up what might have happened. This is a good book and can be a good introduction to the JFK mystery.
