Review: This book departs from the common pattern of displaying full dress uniforms. Most of the plates depict units in their campaign dress. If you are used to seeing Grenadiers a'Cheval with plumes and white Breeches, here you'll see a horse grenadier in cape, surtout, and muddied boots.
