Review: As the title says, this is a photographic study - no text. THE PHOTOGRAPHY IS GREAT, the variety in officer's and NCO's hats is impressive (the caps, perhaps a little less so), and the variety of helmets (steel and leather) is nowhere as great as it should be. If you're looking for a good and quick visual reference or a nice coffee-table book, you couldn't do much better. If you want a resource for authenticating headgear then you need something textual and with photos showing greater detail.
