Summary: Outstanding survey of an exciting place
Review: This book is the best overall history of the state that I have ever read. It is written for the casual reader and colors the many exciting events with vivid descriptors that leave the reader enchanted. Rarely is so much captured in so few pages. This was truely an entertaining read.
