Summary: great book
Review: Truong Nhu Tang's story is one of the best history lessons ever written. He proves that the war in Vietnam was not about Communism vs. Democracy. It was Facism vs. Imperialism. All of te people from both sides that suffered and died were pawns of a massively corrupt power struggle between evil and evil. There was no victory. The means did not justify the ends for either side. Do not judge this book by its title. This is not a "how to be a guerrilla" book. This is a story of an oppressed people! ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
