Summary: All the Answers to Every Question!
Review: This is the best... the BEST book on science and evolution that I have ever seen. I love it so much! From the first page starting the Big Bang, to the last, in which our knowledge that the human race is a failed evolutionary survival mutation, it is clear Mr Bryson has done his homework.

As with all documented proof validating what we believe, this one hits home very hard. We are so insignificant. Life on this planet is so immense and complex, and so very very small! We are such an infinitesimal part of it all, except for our penchant for wiping out as many vastly older species as possible.

If you ever wanted a handbook of facts on hand to prove to the unaware among you, this is the one you should have. It is full of numbers you simply cannot wrap your head around. Such a joy to read.

If you are into religion, then I am afraid you have stumbled across the truth, and should pick yourself up and get the heck out of here. You will never be the same after reading this fabulous work!!
