Review: An excellent collection of essays and law review articles that explore the concept of "whiteness" and what it means in American Law. While the editors are well-known Critical Race Scholars, they also include essays by those who are critics of Critical Race Theory (notably Daniel Farber and Suzanne Sherry). A must have for anyone interested in the sociological implications and effects of race and/on the law.
