Summary: BEAUTIFUL COLLECTION OF DIANA PHOTOS OVER THE YEARS!
Review: This book is exquisitely done with some of the most beautiful Princess Diana pictures ever taken! There are some intimate portraits that have never been seen before, as seen through the eyes of the only female photographer on the royal tours. A definite MUST OWN book for all Princess Diana fans!

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: Wonderful pictures, interesting tidbits from an "insider."
Review: This book is filled with gorgeous pictures. The text is interesting in that Diana's story is told with personal tidbits we've not heard before. My only complaint is that it's difficult to follow sometimes, as the author does not present everything in strict chronological order. Thus, one moment Diana and Charles are headed for disaster, the next, they're the perfect couple. Still, for a Princess Diana fan, very satisfying.

Summary: Beautiful Book of Memories
Review: This book is one of my favorite picture books of Diana. The pictures are just gorgeous, like the lady herself. For anyone who is a Diana fan, this book is for you...It really is beautiful.

Summary: Diana: Portrait of a Princess
Review: This book looked like an outsider book with no real inside stories it seem as though the author sat down and watched the news for a while to write this book. The book really had many facts that many people knew by watching the news. She was princess of England who married and had 2 boys who are now 17 and 14, she would attend banquets and auction off fine pieces of clothing and give the proceeds to charities around the world, her last project was a project to remove mines left over from wars or to stop innocent people from stepping on the killer mines, and her life ended shortly in a freak car accident that no body knows who or what caused it. This book is not highly recommended if you are looking for the real scoop or inside story.

Summary: Beautiful but not exactly what I expected.
Review: This is a wonderful Princess Diana book -- nice presentation, photos, and layout. The only problem was that I expected more candid photos. A lot of these are photos you've basically seen before, maybe just from a different angle or etc.

Summary: Superb!
Review: This is truly a work of art. It shows the way a woman photographer (and somewhat a friend) saw the Princess. It brings reminds us of the beauty and grace the Princess of Wales had.

It was a very beautiful and touching book. I wish that more books of this quality would be published.

Summary: Outstanding photo-tour of Diana's "Royal" life
Review: This was a hard one to put down. It's full of vivid photographs, organized by various chapters in Princess Diana's life - at least the royal aspect of it. The only reason I gave it 4 (rather than 5) stars was the author of this book (also an "official" Royal photographer) didn't have access to shooting photos of Diana in the last (and happier) stages of her life. A more personal side of Diana seems to be lacking from this book. This is no fault of the photographer - it's clearly because Diana was in an unhappy situation.

The book's a visual feast and mesmerizing to look at. But if you're yearning for a more literal sense of Diana's humanitarian accomplisments, this is not the title with which to accomplish that quest.

Summary: A Pitiful Orgy of Irrelevance
Review: To butcher the words of Winston Churchill, Never have so many paid so much homage to such a non-deserving target. This book seeks to celebrate such an infantile idea as royalty by exposing the reader to pathetic emotionalism. It does, however, provide an insightful glimpse of the potential for the maleability of the human mind by the media and our disgusting obsession with minutiae.
