Summary: A very good introduction to CT
Review: This book offers a well written and focused introduction to CT. My impression is that the authors are experienced clinicians as they give a number of useful clinical examples. These clinical examples cover solutions to common problems faced by therapists using CT. I would recommend this book to anyone who is learning CT. I have recommended this book to psychiatry trainees who, in Australia at least, have had to learn cognitive therapy as a compulsary part of their training over the last few years.
