Review: This is the best book I have read so far on how to protect yourself in all aspects of life for a woman especially. Some of Louise's tips were especially helpful as I am a woman runner on inner city streets. Its really helpful especially about the secondary crime scene . I strongly recommend this to women who travel, shop, workout work late and what ever the million things are we do alone. Pick this book up. It will really change your way of thinking.
