Review: I was having dificulty dealing with my mother's untimely death and I felt like my life was falling apart. This book, in a very succinct way, explained the greiving process. I learned what I was experiencing was a normal process that had a begining and more importantly an end. I recognized the steps that I had been through and those that would come. It gave me hope. What also impressed me is it gave me warning signs to notice if I was getting into trouble where I needed professional help. It gave me the confidence I needed to accept the greiving process and work my way through it.
