Review: Book is very helpfull for those fibromites trying to explain Fibromyalgia to family and friends. The letter towards the back helped me explain how I feel from day to day, the sudden onset of a flare up. Best money ever spent. I highly recommend you purchase this book.

Besides the resources it has recipes to make your own cleaners due to the intolerence of some of the chemicals on the market. Anyone with FMS or CFS would be happy with this book.
