Review: Just do it!!! It will change your life. This practice is so simple, just 10 minutes in the morning and ten minutes at night. It requires no props, no money, no religious conversion and minimal time commitment. I even do it while waiting in busy airports. That something so simple can have such a profound effect on my life, still blows my mind. It's as if I found the best therapist in the world - myself! Life is so much nicer when you begin to see it as it really is. Amazing.
