Summary: Loved It
Review: An excellent book for those seeking effective self-help. Lays out a concrete path to the true measure of success -- the very tenuous, usually elusive, concept of happiness. I am already reaping personal benefits from this guide and would love for others to benefit too.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: User-friendly science is not not an oxymoron!
Review: Dr. Kraus is brilliant--he explains complex research in easy-to understand and digest terms. I found so much fascinating scientific research and it was SO easy to read and understand. This book put a lift in my step--not only did I learn a lot but I put a lot of the suggestions into practice. The book has already positively impacted my life!

Summary: Jam-packed with fascinating information
Review: My wife recommended that I read this book because as a family practice physician I see many cases of depression every day. She said that perhaps the scientific research noted in the book would be helpful in evaluating and helping my patients. Not only is this true, the book also added much value to my own life! It is very positive, uplifting, and motivating, not to mention easy to read. It was chock-full of fascinating research studies about happiness, among other topics. I have recommended the book to patients, colleagues, and friends.
