Rating: Summary: Some misinformation- But not bad Review: Overall, Ms. Hughes book has good, if not already available information. However, there is some misinformation given. An example is her statement that, on page 122, "Sugar does not make you fat." It seems to be fairly well documented in this day, and age, that sugar- a simple carbohydrate as she calls it- is a significant contributor to the obesity problem in the US. Such a statement is akin to saying that tobacco products have no link to various cancers. What she has to say is very similar to the SugarBusters! diet approach (except for her good advice on eating meat "sparingly"). Whole grains, fruits and vegetables, are the core of the diet (As found in Section 88 of the Doctrine and Covenants). This book is worth reading, but be alerted that there might be some flaws in it.
