Summary: Finally - Easy to Understand Solutions
Review: Finally a book that covers it all - practical and easy to understand facts, solutions and exercises that can be done anywhere. The author details the myths and deception regarding diets, pill and other quick fixes - with reputable backing... I found this book useful to my whole family. I finally understand the importance of lowering body fat instead of worrying about pounds - how my body works regarding food intake, exercise and emotions. Book also references spirituality principles that helped me understand how to make a lasting lifestyle improvement - If you want the final truth - the proof is in the pages. Book is the only one you need.

Summary: Finally
Review: I chose this book based on the description that it contains "more than 100 exercises that can be done at home without gym equipment." The book contains that and so much more.
Dino has created a very simple eating and exercise program, that is designed to help you succeed and not fail. It is based on the idea the physical fitness can't be obtained without emotional and spiritual fitness (ESP Fitness) at the same time.
His program breaks down, in simple language: the myths behind fad diets, how to develop good eating habits without constantly counting calories, how to find the right motivation to become healthy, and an exercise program that is easy to follow - yet challenging. In the back of the book are very well designed journal pages to use to track your progress.
I like this book because it is not trying to sell something else (no special equipment, no special pills, no shakes). If you are looking for a simple, well researched, program to help you with healthy eating and exercise, then I highly recommend this book.
