Review: I got a kick out of the folks with many credentials who trashed this book in these reviews. My credential is a gone.. dead.. took two shocks to bring me back heart attack and then a lot of personal research into what happened. Oh yeah, I've got degrees.. in computer science.. so I need a book on this topic that is practical and accurate. None of the complainers said that Baum got anything wrong.. they just didn't like him being successful without paying big enough dues. All I can say is that this is a good and practical book with no bad advice. This is the BEST GIFT for anyone who has a heart problem.
