Summary: Putting my fears into perspective
Review: I could hear my own words from many of the stories that were told. I feel I'm not alone and think this will really help, along with therapy and medication. Truly this book is a great help!

Summary: A book of knowledge
Review: I start reading this book a few months ago mainly out of curiosity about hypochondria, but also because I had always being a worrier about my health and my friends were always calling me a hypochondriac. However, I never knew something really about this mental situation. It was time to start learning a few things about it so I picked the book and started my journey. Now that the journey is over I may say that the book is a real source of knowledge, encouragement and support. For those of us (and I know that there are many out there!) that have experienced hypochondria even if it was transient this book definetely gives some answers to questions that we are afraid to ask. A big thank you to the authors !

Summary: Helped me a LOT!
Review: I've allways had a lot of anxiety about my health, and lately it has gotten worse. This book helped me see that I am not alone. I recognized myself in a lot of the case studies. It has really inspired me to get treatment for my problem. I was also glad to see that she addressed the stigma hypochondria has in our society.
