Through her stories, of actual people, I gleaned the importance of the physical and spiritual aspects of life blending into sustaining the "whole person." Whether you are a church-goer (and I am not), or a believer in God, or an agnostic, there are significant insights in her inspiring stories, and her coaching. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking ways to enrich their personal growth, or as a gift to a friend who may need an act of kindness and support.
