Review: I enjoy readng this book very much and doing Doin Method everyday. It improved my health both mentally and phisically. I had a very heavy crump and stiffed shoulder. But, since I started to do Doin Method, it changed a lot. I hope that more people would know about this method and do Doin Method for their health.

Review: I had a surgery when I was going to school in America. Sicne then, I had a very heavy cramp every month. One day, my mother sent his other book about Do-in method. It worked to reduce my pain. I am in Japan now going to the Studio to learn this method and Taoist Martial Arts. I am so glad that my grand master Hayashima released his theory in English. I do hope that many people read and try Do-in and gain their health back. Because I believe health is the most precious thing in the world.

Review: This book does not go into a lot of depth, but it tells you what you need to know to make this system work. A book that is great for folks that don't need to split hairs on every detail and just to work on their health. It has helped me on my intestional problems greatly.
