Summary: Worthless - went straight in the trash
Review: Being just diagnosed as borderline diabetic, I found this book to be very informative. It explained carbs, good and bad and the difference. It explained how these carbs affected the glucose rise and drop and how it affects your hunger patterns. It's a great book. Don't let this one pass....It also gives a list of the good carbs to eat and some easy recipes..
