Review: Some of the medical info is dated in this book, as it to be expected as it's 5 years old now, but the reference on the Homeopathic Remedies is just fabulous. I bought it for that alone (that is most of the book anyway), i love how she explains which remedy is for what. Just excellent and i bought it on that merit alone. Great reference, worth the $$

The women who wrote the book took great care in not insulting their readers while maintaining a very accesible, easy to read style.
